The owners of this house needed a veggie garden, retaining wall sleepers on the left side of the house, concrete footpaths on each side of the house, and finally the deck, for which they wanted no maintenance for life. We have also relocated the side gate, for better access to the back yard.

House Repair in Narre Warren

The two storey home in Narre Warren needed some urgent repairs such as fixing most handles on doors (internal and external), new window locks for security and peace of mind and most doors needed to be adjusted in order to shut properly.

The pantry had gone through a complete makeover and new bamboo flooring was installed on the stairway.

The whole project had to be completed within 10 days before the new owners—very young family—could move in.

House Renovation in Cranbourne

A 3 bedroom house that has been partially renovated by no less than 5 different crews. The house was left in a very bad state, too many mistakes as well as too many shortcuts were taken and the property was still unfinished.

Fine Choice's initial project was to fix the bi-fold doors, then one thing led to another and the owners wanted Marius to renovate the bedroom, as well.

There will be more to fix in this house for the next 2 years.

House Renovation in Murrumbena

Hamish and Rachel were looking for a swift and professional job to be carried out on their lovely period home. After some intense negotiations we were able to start the project with only a handful of ideas and a cracking team of painters, carpenters, handymen and qualified builder.

As the project was moving along, Hamish and Rachel were also feeling the pressure of the project, but never had any doubt in their judgement which is displayed in the final result. Myself as a contractor, was a bit overwhelmed at the start, for it was my first project like that, but also had no doubt in my abilities in order to get the required quality finish expected by the owners of the property, Rachel and Hamish.

The project had a few challenges, like any project would, but we — as team — were able to finish in time and on budget.
